Delivery

1.0 Inland UGANDA Delivery

1.1 For all orders received before 2 pm (East African time), stocked items are picked and packed for dispatch the same day OR within 24 hours.

1.2 Goods to be delivered within UGANDA are dispatched by overnight courier for next working day delivery. 

1.3 Delivery is free on all orders with a product value over UGX 250,000 (Two hundred fifty thousand Uganda Shillings)

1.4 For orders with a product value under UGX 250,000 (Two hundred fifty thousand Uganda Shillings), a fixed rate of UGX 5,500 (Five thousand five hundred Uganda Shillings) will be charged to cover the packaging and delivery of goods. A fixed flat rate applies to the districts of Kampala, Wakiso, and Mukono. Delivery fees for districts outside this bracket are negotiable.

1.5 If we are unable to immediately fulfill your entire order from stock, Standard Medical Supplies will dispatch all available products as detailed above, and make subsequent dispatches to complete your order (as goods become available) at no additional charge.

1.6 For exceptionally bulky and/or heavy items, Standard Medical Supplies reserves the right to make an additional delivery charge.   However, in such instances, we will always contact you by e-mail and/or telephone prior to dispatch.
